On July 30, 2002, Clare Oasis received the keys to the former Immaculate
Conception Parish Convent located at 1039 East Russell Avenue, Bay View,
Wisconsin. The building , a three-story brick structure included:    



• Common Rooms — Worship Space (60 seats),
  Living Room (50 seats), Meeting Room (40 seats), Dining Room and Kitchen (40
  seats), Patio, Gift Room.   

• Private Prayer Rooms —  Seven private spaces  with one chair and supportive reading and
  musical resources to honor a specific peoples spiritual practices and rituals

• Community Residential Area — Seven
  Bedrooms and a Community Room, Laundry Area, Exercise Room, Clothes / Goods
  Share Room , Storage  Area

• Office Space —  Two private administrative offices

Clare Oasis Incorporated operations included :The Administrative Center, Clare Oasis
House of Prayer and Healing and Clare Oasis Open Door and Open Heart Residency.
